If your wanting an air cooled thumper in an Aluminum chassis, we can do that as well ! These type of builds are one offs and require motor, electrics, etc. to be supplied by customer (we don’t stock air cooled thumper parts).
Background:
We have been doing this for decades. Our Family background includes: Factory CZ, Harley Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki Factory rides as well as Test rider.
Examples:
We’ve put a Honda 250 (air cooled) motor (mid 70’s) in a XR 75. When Maico introduced the forward mounted concept we applied it to CZ’s and Ossa’a before the manufactures offered it to the public (early mid 70’s). We have been putting a twist to bikes for Decades.
In 1998 we put a CR 500 motor in a Honda Aluminum Chassis for the first time. We’ve modified a 98 RM 125 with a CR 500 motor. 96 CR 125 with a CR 500 motor, CR Big wheels with Cr 125 motors as some examples. If someone wants it more than likely we’ve done it or can do it. All builds differ. 2 stroke, 4 stroke chassis are greatly different to fab.
Our Machinists has 38+ years, Our welder 30+ years experience.
Our Cradle tubes: Are first annealed mandrel bent then they are heat treated to Aero space standards of T-6. This procedure is VERY important! Tubes that are not done this way may be brittle or soft.
